If you live a sedentary life and want to make a change with a bit of exercise, but getting up and moving is just a bit to much for you right now… please give this routine a shot. Do 10 repetitions of each, or 30 seconds per move, repeating 2-3 rounds. Start with 2-3 times a week and the scale it up as you build strength and stamina.
