Add 2 large eggs, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp almond extract, stir in 6 cups all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt and 2 T cornstarch. Divide into 3/4 discs, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for an hour or a few days. Roll out and cut into shapes, bake at 350 until edges are crisp.
