A new video from Goa’s Birch by Romeo Lane has revealed how guests ran for safety with only one exit and one narrow lane to escape. The nightclub was built on a risky salt pan structure, with blocked pathways, poor ventilation and limited access for rescue teams. The layout left many trapped as smoke filled the basement and first floor. Investigators now say the club ignored major safety rules and operated without proper licences.
