Is it the situation that makes you stressed or is it your perception or reaction to it that creates the stress? You're in school, you feel stressed. After you graduate, you still feel stressed at work. You have a boyfriend, you don't have a boyfriend, you feel stressed. So it's really not the situation but how we react to it.
